I´m on vacation and I´m thinking about this problem (always red face) and how to face the issue. I have KPRF, genetic condition, so probably I´ll never see a cure. If I avoided all the triggers I would become a kind of monk without social life. Besides, promoting in my job implies public speaking and manage teams with tons of stresful situations. If I don´t react quickly my life could be a frozen life forever, without future.
How do you ovecome this situation? It is posible to reach a point where you don´t care about it?
Avoid triggers=no life?
