I found out that I have rosacea today. It started not long ago when I was using acne medication around my face, and I used way too much on it. Eventually the skin started getting irritated, and dead skin cells showed up. Being the stupid person that I am, I decided to pick them off because there were too many. Now I can't put anything on my face without it hurting for 10-20 minutes. Eventually I tried to look for a cure to the red face that I had gotten, and I came across the symptoms of rosacea, and it's a perfect fit. I even found a bump on my nose today, and it is definetely not just acne that did that.
Anyway, I am to assume that the overuse of that medication was huge in me finding that I have rosacea, and I've seen the stories, and I'm scared for my life. I really want to end it soon, even though I know this is only the beginning.
