Male 30 yrs old here.
I have been dealing with pustular acne/rosacea/perioral dermatitis for around 12 years. So far nothing works. I have tried accutane 10 years ago (not a full course - just 3 months 40mg a day) and it only made my skin worse plus I lost my hair and my pustules are still there even worse than before. So much about my teenage "best years" Cry: .
Now everything has gone full circle and I need to decide whether I want to go back on accutane again (full course 120mg/kg) or stay with antibiotics. I am worried about accutane because it already took so much from me giving nothing in return. On the other hand I can't stay on antibiotics forever.
This crap never ends, thanks for your hints.
