I have heard a lot about Lotrimin Ultra and in trying to find the UK equivalent I have seen Lamisil

Lamisil is used for treating fungal infections of the fingernails and toenails.
However, I read a post where Tom mentioned not using the AF kind which I'm assuming is Anti Fungal.
I'm not sure if Lamisil is the equivalent and I'm also a bit confused about the AF/non AF application.
If anyone can advise, I would be grateful as I am currently sitting in an 84 F office and my face and head are crawling, just went to the chemists in desperation for an antihistamine to stop this itching, its horrendous today.
Funny enough I remember having this a couple of years ago in the humid South of France and (excuse the description) it was between the buttocks, it was the worst itching I've ever had, absolutely nothing would relieve it, not ice cubes, not cold yogurt fashioned into a sumo style bum wrap. Honestly if you don't laugh at it you'd cry. laugh:
