Hi folk's, hope ye're well :) Was wondering have any of ye in the past ever tried a dermaroller for permanent redness? For years my rosacea was worse than it is now, that's because any alcohol i drank would flare it for days after, and after time, my capillaries broke and blood seeped out causing pooling, or permanent redness which is still very visible today. I'm sure it's a Histamine intolerance, well mummy dearest has histamine issues so i'm sure genetic.
So i'm wondering have any of ye used or heard of dermarolling for permanent redness?
Regarind histamine, when i do high histamine foods, my skingets really bad, flushing, sneezing, hives, spots on nose runny nose, brain fog etc. And i'm always fatigued more after a histamine reaction . When you have a histamine attack, your body uses up a lot of cortisol, cortisol keeps histamine in check, and having high hiistamine levels wreck havoc in the body.
