From looking at this picture does this look like rosacea? Have had this for 1 year now and i have not had broken veins on the skin or the red area, i do have warmness to my face most of the time, i do go red after baths but goes down after 20 minutes.
I'm not certain i have it i do get some mild tingle in my face but nothing majour i experince no pain like some users explain about.
Regards to washing face no issues there from Avene gentle gel cleanser.
