I have been suffering from flushing (Not bad) and the ocular rosacea from hell for 4 years. It has literally ruined my life. I am begging you, if you have had success with anything, PLEASE just write a short reply on what did! Here's what I have done/tried
1. Doxy (currently on)
2. Steroid drops
3. Restasis
4. Serum tears
5. Paleo diet
6. Warm compresses/cleaning
7. Metrogel
8. Antibiotic ointments
9. Punctual plugs
10. Avoiding triggers
I am willing to add more to the list!
