Does Your Seb Derm Look Like This? Pictues Inside

I've collected some threads with pictures that resemble my skin condition which I would refer to as oily seb derm. My skin is oily, red, sensitive and has large pores with flakes in them (probably sebum).

The main similarities I notice in these photos is the enlarged pore size, sometimes with obvious flakes other times the flakes aren't seem but that doesn't mean they aren't there. After the skin dries from washing the pores shrink for a time making the flakes not visible at least not for most photos.

Has anyone with this type of skin had any success? if so with what treatment?
