Just some background history about me: I live in Australia I have always had "rosy cheeks" as young as I remember, especially in photos of myself when I was a child (am now 22 years old). Had pretty bad acne when in my teens, went on roaccutane for about a year. It cleared my acne up really well and have not had an acne problem since. My face use to be oily (probs teenage years) now it is very dry. Hard to see in the photos, but I have very small spider veins and small red spots/marks (not raised) in the redness on my cheeks. Starting to get red bumps on the sides of my face. The dermatologist said it was very mild rosacea and there is no real treatments for it aside from avoiding triggers and cleansing properly. I have been trying to cleanse well (use avene gentle cleanser and spring water spray) was trying honevo honey but I think it has irritated my face instead of helping it. I kind of think I have sub derm too as I can scrap off gunk from my scalp (kind of thick/gooey in texture, like white flakes) Sometimes on my cheeks aswell they become very dry and you can see the skin flake off (with extra red sensitive skin underneath). Occasionally i get 1-2 small red bumps that are very painful to touch and sensitive (bumps on the side of the face arent painful to touch, the dermo said they were most likely to be sundamage). Hoping you guys can help me, been reading the forums on and off for months but want to start doing the right things so it does not become worse!!
