I read that the ACV can be very succesful at clearing face and scalp from SD and I want to give it a try but I simply don't know how to "use" it.
Should I drink it? Or maybe apply it straight in my face? And also, some people says that I should mix it with water, and other says that I shouldn't.
Can someone give me advice how to use it? And can the ACV get rid of symptoms on face as well as on scalp?
